The White Chariot

Acting on the orders of Aethelfrith and Edwin, Hussa and Cerdic both travel south, their dispute soon becoming part of the larger struggle for Britain like fire spreading from a single spark. Meanwhile back in the Welsh lands, Cerdic's past and that of his people is catching up with them as an old enemy resurfaces in a very unexpected way.
